The MSE Management Group is pleased to welcome Kyung Hee University in South Korea as an official participant in the project!  KHU’s membership comes in recognition of contributed effort by KHU’s Soojong Pak and his group to develop software infrastructure for MSE’s conceptual level PESA software architecture.  Professor Pak will join the Management Group to represent KHU.  KHU joins current MSE participants in Canada, France, Hawaii, Australia, China, India, and Texas A&M University and observers NOIRLab (formerly NOAO) in the US and the UKATC, a consortium of institutions from the UK.
